Legendary Ya-Hoo! Texas Map Cake

Purchased the large cake w/o the cake tin. My grown kids can't decide if it's a chocolate chunk cookie cake with cherries and pecans or ? They opt for the Texas Manor Cake; leaves the Ya-Hoo! for me and grandkids and friends! Works for me!
