This highest praise I can give this is that it tastes like my wedding cake, which was also a carrot cake and the best carrot cake i've ever had. This is amazing and has a hint of pineapple.

Carrot Cake for Christmas
Gave cake as Christmas thank you to neighbor who has been so helpful to me this year after I lost my husband in January and had Covid. I wanted to give something really special and this cake was a wonderful choice! They loved it.
